The tribute for Kirk will take place at State Farm Stadium in Glendale near 91st and Maryland avenues. Doors were scheduled to open at 8 a.m., and the program will begin at 11 a.m. Seating will be first come, first served based on stadium capacity.  Indoor overflow seating may be available at Desert Diamond Arena next door....

This monthly meeting takes place on the fourth Thursday of each month and is open to all registered Republicans and their guests.
